Resource 2. Content Marketing Differentiation Strategy
If you're using the same tools, processes, and researching the top-ranking pages to create content, then how will you differentiate your content strategy?
Isn't this making your content look similar to what's already there on the first page of Google?
Here's how we're told to optimize content for SEO:
Step 1. Study the SERP
Step 2. Research the information architecture
Step 3. Identify what topics, headings, and questions are covered on their pages
Step 4. Create similar content. Add similar topics. Answer similar questions.
Step 5. Publish.
Even if you've managed to rank on the first page of Google, how will your content be differentiated from others?
The fact is: We don't have a content differentiation strategy in the first place.
Result?
We end up creating copycat content (that looks similar and contains similar information).
So, how do we create content that ranks well in the search and stands out from the competitors?
This content differentiation guidebook has the answers.
In this guidebook, I have shared 6 methods that you can use to train your content writers, content marketers, and SEOs to build a content differentiation plan.
In fact, these are the exact strategies I use for my SEO clients to rank higher in search and build a long-term brand identity.

Resource 3. Keyword prioritization template (with sample keyword data)
Finding hundreds of low-competitive keywords is not the end.
It is obvious that not all keywords from the list have equal:
Business value
Competition
Difficulty
This is why you should prioritize the list & start with keywords that have:
High traffic potential
High business value
Low ranking difficulty
Align these metrics together & it will be easy for you to plan your content strategy.
Where to start?
I have created a Google sheet that you can copy and start prioritizing keywords right away.
The best part:
I have shared a sample keyword prioritization data for the real estate marketing industry— which will give you more clarity of how to use this template.

Resource 4. How To Prepare a Blog Content Outline Focused on Ranking & Conversions
Want to improve your content quality that ranks well and drives conversion?
Do this: Create research-driven content briefs.
Last year, I created 120+ content briefs for brands from different verticals such as B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, service business, etc.
This helped our SEO clients to:
Write better content optimized for SEO
Drive conversions from articles
Maintain the content quality (when dealing with multiple writers)
Best part?
Anyone can use the same process to improve their content quality
I spent hours writing down the exact steps and guidelines that I’ve used to create content briefs for my clients.
The result?
An 18-page PDF guide highlighting the step-by-step process of creating research-driven content briefs.

Resource 5. Implement programmatic SEO with this simple G sheet template
IMAGINE, you're running an online furniture store with 300+ product pages.
Since every product page has unique data (such as price_range, discount_rate, category name, and product_name), you can create templatized content with various variables like the following:
"Explore the wide collection of category_name online available in various designs & styles. Buy product_name online and get up to discount_rate discount. Price starting at price_range."
The best part is:
You can use the same template for your 300+ product pages and the meta description will still be unique and personalized to the product page.
It’s almost impossible to manually write the meta descriptions at such a scale.
Possible options are:
Use chatGPT to create meta description in bulk (but you won’t get much personalization)
Use programmatic approach
I have created a Google sheet template that you can use to create unique meta descriptions, titles, content, etc., at scale with a programmatic approach.
Here’s a preview of the template:
I believe this is a better approach than just creating meta descriptions in bulk using AI tools, as you can add unlimited variables to make the content more personalized.
You can use this approach for various SEO use cases such as:
Adding unique content to category pages
Creating unique descriptions for directory pages
Title and meta descriptions at scale
And so on…
Templatized content creation at scale
Resource 6. Improve your semantic SEO by adding About and Mentions (step-by-step process)
First, let’s understand what and why adding these 2 schema types matters:
'About' attribute: Helps search engines to understand the main topic (/main subject) of your article.
'Mentions' attribute: Helps search engines to understand closely relevant topics covered on your page.
When you add these schema types and tag the relevant and main topics, it helps search engines to identify the context of your article and build relationships between the topics covered.
Generally, there are paid tools like Inlinks which help you automate this entire process.
However, if you’d like to experiment on a small-scale website, my step-by-step guide will help you execute.

That’s all, folks.
